Loan Scam
Hi everyone, Please be aware of this people below and if anyone can assist in this situation please do. I was scammed by this private loan company called Topup Loans South Africa. They scammed me R3400. I am blacklisted and I could not make a loan at any bank, I received an sms saying that Topup Loans can assist people who are blacklisted. I did an application online with them and they approved. They later told me that I need to pay R3400 for attorney to sign my loan agreement and approval of funds to be paid in my bank account. After paying the money they wanted more money to be paid saying it is an insurance fee for the loan because they cant trust me as I am blacklisted. I told them I terminate the agreement, they told me that they can't payback my R3400 if I cant pay the insurance fee. They have taken my money and when I ask them to pay it back they tell me straight that they can't. I must go to hell. Please assist if there is anyone out there who can. Rude and Unprofessional
I bought a Crank used for Ford Focus 1.6 2006 model priced R2500 on Saturday 13/03/21. I took it to the mechanic to fix the car. The machanic discovered that the Crank is not in perfect condition to be used because it can only last 2 to 3 months and start given the problem again. I took the Crank back to Forma Auto Spares on Monday 15/03/21 around lunch time. The guy who assisted me his name is Raj. I told him what the mechanic says and I asked to be refunded he refused and told me that they do not accept any item that has left the store. He told me that there is nothing wrong with the Crank and he would like to talk to my mechanic and tell him what to do because he can see that the mechanic doesn't know what to do. We had a very big fight and called his boss and his boss did the same thing that Raj was doing failing to re-fund me. They later agreed and told me that they can only refund me if I allow them to take 20% off my refund. Saying that it is their company policy. They took 20% From my money which is R500 that I do not understand why so much because I had their item for one day. Their terms and conditions on the slip are on fine print you cant see anything. Guys please be careful with Forma Sapres, they are rude, unprofessional and poor service.
