There is nothing more depressing when you are in urgent need for spares and everyone that you have phoned has left you even more depressed or is trying to get rich overnight. Forma Auto Spares is totally the opposite - they give one hope and motivation in finding that which you need urgently. The prices of the spares are extremely affordable and of good value and quality. Their consultants (Raj and Quinton) are both very helpful and informative. They know their products and their advice is always reassuring. The prices are the best by far - if you have a Mazda / Ford car - no matter how old it is - they have the spares for you ; if not straight away - they get it for you as a reasonable price. Besides their prices being one of the best; their Customer Service will definately keep you going back. Terrible Customer service!!!!
Terrible customer service. Manager also couldnt admit they are in the wrong. Quintin quoted me for Mazda pistons on 8 Aug 2025. Told me it would be there 11 August. I went today 12 August just to be told that the price went up. Note that I have paid R300 No balance was outstanding. Went there today, was told R1500 now for the set of pistons. Waisted my Time. My diesel. Had to drive 1 HOUR just to be told of the price change where Quinton couldve told me over the phone!!!

Rude And ****** Whites
Your customer service is very poor, especially over the phone. The white people working there are rude and ******s, they need to be taken for customer care courses or be fired. Such rudeness is DISGUSTING!!!!

Rude and Unprofessional
I bought a Crank used for Ford Focus 1.6 2006 model priced R2500 on Saturday 13/03/21. I took it to the mechanic to fix the car. The machanic discovered that the Crank is not in perfect condition to be used because it can only last 2 to 3 months and start given the problem again. I took the Crank back to Forma Auto Spares on Monday 15/03/21 around lunch time. The guy who assisted me his name is Raj. I told him what the mechanic says and I asked to be refunded he refused and told me that they do not accept any item that has left the store. He told me that there is nothing wrong with the Crank and he would like to talk to my mechanic and tell him what to do because he can see that the mechanic doesn't know what to do. We had a very big fight and called his boss and his boss did the same thing that Raj was doing failing to re-fund me. They later agreed and told me that they can only refund me if I allow them to take 20% off my refund. Saying that it is their company policy. They took 20% From my money which is R500 that I do not understand why so much because I had their item for one day. Their terms and conditions on the slip are on fine print you cant see anything. Guys please be careful with Forma Sapres, they are rude, unprofessional and poor service.

Die eienaar en persoon is regtig mense met wie jy graag wil besigheid doen, hulle het nie net die beste pryse vir parte in Gauteng nie maar hulle vriendelike diens en hulpvaardigheid sal maak dat enige mense altyd terug sal gaan soontoe.<br> Die kompliment kom van die crazy vrou met die Ford Focus in Sinoville wat julle tot die mure wou uitdryf maar nogsteeds het julle alles gedoen om my te help en nog meer ... DUISEND DANKIES<br>
