I have not had internet connection for about 5 days now. I am also struggling with network. I have lost money and business opportunities because of your network. Can this be fixed, and reimburse me for money I spent buying internet from other network providers because I don't have internet
I've actually received the worst customer service from Cell C. I was without Internet for over 24hrs. I had to buy data from another network provider so I could do my work and be connected. Shantel from Network services did nothing to assist me, she was rude, not sincere did not provide me with a solution. Cell C you have lost a loyal customer. After this I am done leaving ya stupid network. I better get a call from a manager or I am leaving.
I have been trying to claim from Pineapple insurance but I find it difficult to even submit a claim, I also they do not answer their calls. How can we get assistance with these people. This is the worst insurance ever. Can I get assisted please
Experian is the worst company ever and I am very disappointed by the service I have received from them. I requested them to look into my dispute which I have paid and closed off the account last year already: Dispute feedback - EJR210506000023. I was advised by Thulisile Mbatha from Customer Relations Centre that my dispute has been resolved in my favor and that the Account will be removed from my name. Now it's still there and its affecting my credit score. I would love for this to be resolved. I have been calling them for months now, their line does not go through, the website provided does not work. How light is this company???? I demand feedback ASAP. I am not happy at all with their service.
The service is very poor. No customer service what so ever. Those white afrikaners are racist. This company needs to be looked into.
