The BEST EVER- Matrix is absolutely the best - you don't pay installation fees only monthly premiums less than R100.00 per month and their response is phenomenal; mind-blowing. My daughter's car was ****** from her work; from the time that we contacted Matrix to inform of the theft to time of recovery was 20 minutes. Linda at the Recovery Centre was amazing; sympathize and reacted promptly; kept me updated through-out the recovery and still followed up the next morning after recovery - her customer service is mind-blowing enriching. Linda is truely an asset to Matrix; you can be proud to have her on your team. As to the Recovery Team - now that is a whole new meaning to "Customer Service" - this team is a team you really want on your side. Their response was unbelieabley fast - mind-blowing fast; "speedy-Gonzalez FAST!" . In less than 20 minutes of contacting the call centre to recovering the vehicle - they don't play around; their response and communication is amazing. They were so fast that the purpitrators had no time to strip her vehicle; they fled leaving the keys in the ignition. Matrix recovered her vehicle and even met with us in a safe place to hand over the keys. Their team is beyond amazing. The amount you pay - R99.00 per month is worth every cent. Because of their phenomenal service and recovery time; has now persuaded my son and husband to install Matrix on their vehicles.
Sorry to do this but hoping by putting this on Hello Peter - They will get a wake up and complete their services. In September 2024; I unfortunately suffered a loss of a windscreen on my Staria Bus. My insurance King Price requested that DGC Glass install the new windscreen. - Which they did pretty quick BUT only half. I had Crystal Fusion on my Vehicle prior to the incident and when they before they installed the windscreen I had emphasised to the manager and the installers that I have Crystal Fusion on the windscreen and that they need to ensure that it is on as this gets topped up with each service. The manager ensured it was on as well as the installers - Guess what IT DOESN'T HAVE ANY CRYSTAL FUSION ON. This is a huge issue as I had paid for it on the purchase of my vehicle - on my invoice that was sent through to King Price and which is also topped up on every service. I have been fighting since October 2024 to have it replaced on my windscreen and between DGC Glass and King Price - they keep passsing the buck from one to the other. Crystal fusion makes it so much safer when driving in the rain and at night - being the raining season ; it is now difficult and dangerous to drive without it. please get your act together and have it re-installed as requested since October 2024
Puleni at Dischem Raslouw is the most Rudest, obnoxious *****, i have ever communicated with. Besides not listening to the customer, she doesn't shut up!😡. She doesn't give the client a chance to speak!. Rants off like a steam train on a mission to have the only say. Has no customer service or etiquette whatsoever 🤔. Don't think she understands what it means. Highly recommend that she doesn't deal with customers as she is f#@king rude. Has still the ordasity to threaten me that she will have my husband's chronic medication uplifted and delivered 3 days later, even though proof of payment was presented. If this is the attitude and service of Dischem staff, I will take my business elsewhere!

Over 4900 reviews that gives 1 star rating - Most probaly if Hello Peter allowed a negative 5 review ; you will find Bonitas Medical fund on that list. 11 Years that my husband has been with Bonitas and every year we hope that it will get better - Sadly it doesnt; each year has become worse than the year before. Incorrect Claim allocation - only know how to allocate claiims to day-to-day benefits even though it is a PMB benefit. 17.01.2024 - my husband had blood test done - 19.04.2024 - 3 months to reverse incorrect blood test allocation. 19.02.2024 - My husband had a Cervical Discectomy Fusion & Carpal Tunnel Release - wrist brace is paid out In-Hospital Benefits; Soft Cervical collar paid from in hospital benefits - Hard Support Cervical Collar taken off.......wait for it...Day-to-Day benefit; even though it was IN HOSPITAL surgery - even the consultation in Hospital - not covered - IN HOSPITAL...... sorry most probaly my husband should have run out the hospital and had the consultation in the parking lot - The whole procedure for surgery was authorised and approved except the support collar - .......................I am not going to elaborate further as I will loose it insanely. 60 Days after his operation - still fighting for accounts to be paid GORD - approved on care plan - previous month medication was covered from PMB - this month - DECLINED ; they keep changing the medication; one month it is aproved; next month you have to changed to what they want - The medication that my husband was on caused an allergic reaction; medication was changed and we paid a co-payment last month as the medication was removed off approved formulary. This month GORD medication totally DECLINED - even when it is approved off PMB Care Plan - medication is taken off .......day-to-day benefits - everything is allocated to day-to-day benefits ; even though it is approved on the CARE PLAN. They incorretly deplete your funds forcing you to pay cash - even when it is on PMB. Spend 2 weeks of every month fight with Bonitas Claims department to allocate payments correctly. Worst is the cheeky consultant SUZIE - wont assist me until I provide her with the 3rd party document that allows me to sort out my husbands medical aid - after 11 years of dealing with his medical aid queries and submitting documents and my husband authorising it all - this cheeky consultant is adamant not to assist as she can,t see the 3rd party document. Want a peace of mind - STAY AWAY FROM BONITAS - worst medical aid ever. Definately going to cancel after 11 years of having patience - enough is now enough - Want High Blood pressure and stress - apply to Bonitas.

Bonitas - The WORST Medical Aid ever!!! A bunch of incompetant dumb idiots!!! The fact that they cannot READ any of their emails as they are too *********** is nothing but annoying. I have been battling 2 Weeks to get a hospital Authorisation for my husband who is scheduled to be operated on Monday 19.02.2024 - urgent operation due to suffering Carpal Tunnel Syndrome as well as having to undergo a Cervical Fusion. After whatsapping them and emailing now for 2 weeks as you cannot get hold of anyone on the 086 number - begging for the Hospital Authorisation Department TO PLEASE PHONE ME AS THEY DO NOT READ THEIR EMAILS - I received notification that his authorisation has been declined for MAGLIGNAT NEOPLASM - what the F##k! F###king stupid idiots - his operation was for Neuro surgeon Dr. JM Steyn not for Dr. Engelbrecht.... Please hopefullly by reporting how stupid they are; I will get a response from THE HOSPITAL AUTHORISATION DEPARTMENT as they do not read their emails or answer their calls. - Want to know the defintion of ANNOYing and *********** - Bontias is your answer.
