Bad client service
I am so disgusted with Footgear Bellstar I purchased an item last Thursday on return of purchase the first excuse was the manager is nor available ok I go second day they don't have money in the till so I call there Middestad branch where I'm told to come Friday back I go back to Bellstar and the manager gets so upset on wanting to return the product as they say they have not made sales but me as a client witnessing about 11 sales passing my work bare in mind im just next door there branch i end up phoning your head office and speaking to the regional manager which also sounded so sarcastic over the phone apologetic was probably an energy of 20% bare in mind i got the manager asking me what k#k service they offering me as I made it clear the service im receiving i was disgusted with the same energy you give to one client you owe to the next Footgear i am disgusted and if I have to expose you to every social media blame your Bellstar junction branch he defines your branch as disgusting for your attitude and im sorry to say it was my first and last purchase with you guys

I was put on hold by agent for a query that I have been struggling with since this morning over 30 minutes no response
