In the past I have had 2 big claims , a car that was written off and our automated gate that was driven into … the claims process was quick and easy and you don’t feel like a ******** when you claim - unlike my previous insurance
In the past I have had 2 big claims , a car that was written off and our automated gate that was driven into … the claims process was quick and easy and you don’t feel like a ******** when you claim - unlike my previous insurance . The staff are friendly and efficient and the claims get handled very quickly … I would urge everyone to use them for a hassle free insurance - best service ever

BEST SERVICE
Although the product didnt work on me, I was super impressed that I got my refund. I dealt with Julie and she kept in touch with me the whole time and all was sorted. I would definitely try give this product a go, it may work on you :)

Ituneleng from Miway saves the day
I called Miway as I received my reviewed policy update which had gone up by R400.00. I spoke with Ituneleng, a senior advisor who went through my whole policy with me and after 10 minutes came back and told me that he had managed to get me a discount so that my policy would not go up at the annual review. I am so relieved as money have become very tight due to this Covid lockdown

Excellent service from Miway
I just had great service from Mpho from Miway helping me reduce me premium in this difficult time, he was very professional and ended up saving me R500.00 a month. I would definitely Miway to everyone
