People should not buy cars at this dealership. They are selling cars that were written off by insurance and do not disclose this information. The manager/owner is arrogant and very rude. Their cars are modified as well and they don't disclose this information to a client. I bought a Mercedes Benz from them and within 3 months the front and rear cv joints were broken. When change of ownership was done it was done so fraudulently because the car was not even taken for roadworthy test. I was issued a licence disc in the name of the previous owner and they flatly refused to correct this. I have also lodged a case with MIOSA.
I have never seen such heartless, rude and arrogant people like the staff at Earn A Car, especially their accounts manager. You are not even allowed to escalate your complaints beyond the accounts manager who thinks she is all that. With the current situation because of lock down, they couldn't allow me the grace of a mere 5 days to pay my account late and demobilize the car as I would be required to report for work. The accounts manager had a cheek to tell me that it is not earnacar's problem how I go to work and they want payment immediately. All I wanted was a grace of 3 to 5 days. Their customer care is just as heartless. This is after I called the accounts officer to warn her that we have not been at work and there is a possibility that the debit order might bounce on the 25th. All she does is to listen to answer without actually understanding what is it you are trying to explain to her. My greatest regret was walking through the gates of Earn A Car.
