I ordered a pair of shoes on Sale. After a few days, I messaged the company on their whatsapp line asking where my shoes were as my shoes had not arrived and there was no information on the ETA of my order. They took a few days to respond to tell me that they don't have the shoes and I must request a refund or an exchange. Why as the customer should I message the company to find out that there is a problem with my order? I have requested an exchange. I would expect for a swift response by them to make up for their mistake. Yet, I have not received any official communication. The original order still says processing on their website. The systems and customer support is non-existent. Avoid ordering online through their website.
