Very bad service
Bought a Rugby Supporters jersey,when it arrived on the day,I checked it and when I turned the jersey inside out,I saw the inside was marked with to dots “stained “ I than immediately contacted them via WhatsApp,I took pictures and explained the current situation and problem.they said they will book a return to come and Col the faulty item.After 2 day I received a WhatsApp Good Day. trust you are well. kindly take note, we are going to refund you for the jersey only and not the courier amount. please may you forward your banking details to process your refund. thank you, Yogi online team. ℹ immediately phone,there was no response and answer.I finally got hand of them,and rep****,no,no I want all of my money back.It’s the second time I bought first time the jacket was also vaulty. To grow a company,you need to keep the promise and standards of offer for the public.I will never ,ever buy from this company again.Service is very Bad.I will not recommend this business to anyone.

Poobie Naidoo sold me a reject: Adidas tights
I purchased Adidas tights from Poobie Naidoo‘s End of March 2025. When I received the tights beginning of April, I fitted it and the inside clothing tag fell off which was the first redflag. I wore the tight on the 26 April 2025 at a race I attended as I purchased the tights for that purpose. Two weeks ago, I noticed two small holes on the bum area and I wrote to Poobie Naidoo. Today I received a report from a Brandon Bonhomme who alleges that there is discolouration on the tights ( just by viewing images) and that the holes are as a result that “ was caught at something”. Assuming there is discolouration, would Adidas sell tights with a colour that wear off in three months? What about the inside tag that fell off the first time I fitted it? Was it because it was “caught at something” as per the email from Brandon?

Online order issue: Lack of service (or none) and poor communication
I ordered a pair of shoes on Sale. After a few days, I messaged the company on their whatsapp line asking where my shoes were as my shoes had not arrived and there was no information on the ETA of my order. They took a few days to respond to tell me that they don't have the shoes and I must request a refund or an exchange. Why as the customer should I message the company to find out that there is a problem with my order? I have requested an exchange. I would expect for a swift response by them to make up for their mistake. Yet, I have not received any official communication. The original order still says processing on their website. The systems and customer support is non-existent. Avoid ordering online through their website.

Unhappy with the service of returns
I recommend never to buy at poobie naidoo, rather buy at superbalist online. Customer service and their return policy is much better. My husband bought me aan expensive pair of running tekkies. I received it. The service was fast and even recieved a free pair of socks. Was impressed, but if it comes to their returns. They wont assist you as they said. They said they will keep their customers happy and you can return after 15 days when you bought your goods. Contacted them after 5 days. I thought that the tekkies wasn't for me and wanted to return it. Even if they would have change the size for me I would have been happy. For this reason I would never buy at Poobies naidoo again.
