Bought a Rugby Supporters jersey,when it arrived on the day,I checked it and when I turned the jersey inside out,I saw the inside was marked with to dots “stained “ I than immediately contacted them via WhatsApp,I took pictures and explained the current situation and problem.they said they will book a return to come and Col the faulty item.After 2 day I received a WhatsApp Good Day. trust you are well. kindly take note, we are going to refund you for the jersey only and not the courier amount. please may you forward your banking details to process your refund. thank you, Yogi online team. ℹ immediately phone,there was no response and answer.I finally got hand of them,and rep****,no,no I want all of my money back.It’s the second time I bought first time the jacket was also vaulty. To grow a company,you need to keep the promise and standards of offer for the public.I will never ,ever buy from this company again.Service is very Bad.I will not recommend this business to anyone.
One of South Africa’s worst courier if not the worst company.unprofessional and very poor communication..I will not recommend them to no one.
I would just like to say thank you for ITworkup for my product, it was delivered safe and sound. Only hiccups was the waiting period it was a week late on arrival and as much as Email communication concerns you can better in that department as well..The Telephone communication works best…but unfortunately the phone line doesn’t work. Otherwise product works 100%…I still think you can improve in better communication skills.
