I purchased Adidas tights from Poobie Naidoo‘s End of March 2025. When I received the tights beginning of April, I fitted it and the inside clothing tag fell off which was the first redflag. I wore the tight on the 26 April 2025 at a race I attended as I purchased the tights for that purpose. Two weeks ago, I noticed two small holes on the bum area and I wrote to Poobie Naidoo. Today I received a report from a Brandon Bonhomme who alleges that there is discolouration on the tights ( just by viewing images) and that the holes are as a result that “ was caught at something”. Assuming there is discolouration, would Adidas sell tights with a colour that wear off in three months? What about the inside tag that fell off the first time I fitted it? Was it because it was “caught at something” as per the email from Brandon?

Third time unlucky as the service keeps getting worse with rude drivers… a missed calls placed at 6am while I was asleep resulted in a decision to leave my package behind. When I return the call, the rude driver told me to pick up a call regardless of the time. Are they delivering calls or packages?
I placed an order as a gift for a traditional ceremony and the order, according to information that appeared while tracking the order reads “ parcel arrived at wrong courier facility. We’re rerouting it. Delivery will be rescheduled” This was on the 24th June 2014 @ 07:25. Today another email came through telling me due to failed delivery attempts, the order has been cancelled. What failed delivery attempts when they sent the package to the wrong courier facility? Such an inconvenience as the price for the blanket has since sky rocketed to 950 from 700.
Took my Opel Astra coupe to Meyers Mortors, East London as it had a problem with a boot and they booked the car in so that they can get the correct sample for the part - the car was with them for two days. Eventually they told me the quote and asked me to pay a deposit of R10 360, which I did. Months later their part arrived and I was advised to book my car in to fit the part. Days past by without any call from them until I called Meyers and I was advised that they ordered the wrong part and that they will have to order yet another part which will arrive end of May and I then asked for a refund which took weeks to process and to my disgust the refund is R5700 instead of 10k I paid. Does this mean I was charged for their stupidity when they kept my car for almost 5 solid days without telling me their ordered the wrong part? I wasted fuel and time to drive to East London and back for nothing - do Meyers Motors Management understand the financial implications I suffered?
Today I went to buy Nivea body lotion firming and the price on the shelf was listed as 94.99 to my surprise, on my till slip it was 99.99 - talk about poor advertising
Took my car for service at Meyers, King William's Town just after 8 am, this after waiting since Monday to get a qoute..... At around 15:38, they just called me to tell me nothing was done on my car as they picked up that the coolant had no water. When I asked why the car was let unattended since then,I'm told I didn't drop the car at 7:30... like seriously?? Talk about poor service delivery... basically I lost a days income as I had to postpone a case in lieu of service
Today, the 1 June 2018 there were only two tills open out of 11, while tellers were moving up and down, something that led to two long lines of consumers waiting to be served. This is always the case with Game Store in King Williams Town customer service is at the worst rate and tellers /cashiers instead take time to chit chat instead of working...
After 6mnths of fighting Discovery finally fixed some aspects of claim: ie dents on the roof but they failed to fix the lining attached to the roof and the roof is making a lot of noise when driving beyond 100km/h.
On or about May this instant, i lodged a complaint against Discovery Insure pertaining to their service: not only did they took their own sweet time to provide feedback ( first one recieved in August) but i now hear from Discovery Legal Dept ( Ms Govender ) that a ruling has been made, yet i gave not recieved any feedback....
