Very bad service

Bought a Rugby Supporters jersey,when it arrived on the day,I checked it and when I turned the jersey inside out,I saw the inside was marked with to dots “stained “ I than immediately contacted them via WhatsApp,I took pictures and explained the current situation and problem.they said they will book a return to come and Col the faulty item.After 2 day I received a WhatsApp Good Day.

ℹ immediately phone,there was no response and answer.I finally got hand of them,and rep****,no,no I want all of my money back.It’s the second time I bought first time the jacket was also vaulty. To grow a company,you need to keep the promise and standards of offer for the public.I will never ,ever buy from this company again.Service is very Bad.I will not recommend this business to anyone.
