Excellent cancellation and payback experience.
I was really impressed by their sales team, but even more so by their professional approach. I signed up for the program, but unfortunately had to cancel for personal reasons. The AimX Trading team was notified within the 5 day cool down period, and I returned their software sealed as is required. They had no problems with refunding me after completing the necessary paperwork. Yes, the refund does come with some costs, which are clearly stipulated on the agreement... Every decision has its price... I may consider their program in future, should my personal situation improve again.0 replies

This team is one of a kind!! Not only did they solve my wife's Laptop performance problem (10x faster) by replacing the hard drive with an SDD for an amazingly low price, but they did it at my home. I did not have to send the Laptop for diagnostic testing, they simply arranged a date and time, came to my house, fixed it. Truly an amazing team!! I incorrectly ordered a shell holder (R180) and they were more than willing to swop it out for the correct one. Customer service is exceptional. They are contactable, fast, efficient and committed to delivering what the customer needs and wants. Their website is intuitively designed and easy to buy from.
