Active since May 2020
Bought a car and drove it for less than a year and my battery died and they told me there is nothing they can do about it and it is in my hands to sort it out
I have been trying to get a hold of their account department via their website and whatsapp channels and I am not getting through, on their online application after filling out my personal details it doesn't go through to the next step, and I went to one of their stores yesterday and they said that they are offline and I should try their whatsapp line and I did but no one is answering me.
