Really enjoyed the Virtual Assistant course and did not have any trouble finding work on their jobs portal (although you do have to be patient, the work does not come immediately).
Very unprofessional service from Kyle... On his cellphone the whole time and not interested in helping customers.
Ordered a shirt but it was the wrong colour. I was astounded by the speed and efficiency with which they collected the item and refunded me within ONE hour. And gave me a voucher. Would definitely order from them again.
Very upset with Nedbank MFC. I am a young person who is struggling to make ends meet as is, when they took out my car monthly payments TWICE in one month, meaning I now cannot pay my water and electricity or feed myself for the rest of the month. After calling THREE times and getting told a different story from each person i Speak to, it has now been over a week and still no sign of my money. After asking when I can expect my money the first time, they said 5-7 business days. I phoned again on Friday and was told my money would come through that afternoon and that I would receive a call after 30 min. Nothing. After waiting a week, I phoned back to be told it will take 10 days and they cannot guarantee when it will come through. I'm so worried and so stressed about this! In my opinion, if the error was o n the banks behalf the onus should be on them to refund the money ASAP! Imagine if they did this to every person, the interest they would make and what about my credit rating that will suffer from this as I have other bills to pay and I need to survive.
