They are absolutely helpful in every shop. Meatworld only wants to make their customers happy and fix the situation quite fast. Apple tree is so understanding towards there customers. The parking lot could use more help but there are a lot of parking for everyone circumstance. Checkers hyper not only has awesome deals but they truly know how to make you feel comfortable. 100% recommend
Cash Crusaders in nigel is one of the best branches I've been to. We are always greeted with friendly smiles and we never have to search far for help from a staff.
I won a FREE course at Shaw Academy on the Vodacom shake and win app. When I registered through the link it gave me in the winning sms, Shaw Academy insisted for my bank details before I could do the course. I entered our bank details and did my free course. I missed a few classes coz I didn’t have enough data. At the end of the 4 weeks I ended my membership but they still taking R399 out of our bank account when we went to the bank to reverse it a FNB employee told us “we can’t reverse it because the debt order reversals are offline so we must phone the company that took the money and talk to them about reversing it” I then googled Shaw Academy’s phone number and got it. I spoke to a women and asked for a contact to reverse it, she then gave me a number. I immediately phoned it to find out it was a fake number she gave me. I tried to call her back but got sent to voice mail, I then tried on different numbers but still got voice mail. I am a mother of a 8 month old baby and need the money. I don’t think its ethical that Shaw Academy uses Vodacom as a platform to give fake winnings to get bank account details to steal money. This review was taken off of hello Peter last time because of the word 'scam' but if you read correctly no where does it say scam or fruad. Since then nothing has been done to fix my problem so please if you dont mind call me on 0714956264 to solve this problem thank you. Belinda de Koker
