I am in Cape Town, I ordered a gift to be delivered in France, on the 01st May, #66709723, it has taken 14 days and still no delivery, today I get a notification it has been damaged via Chromopost and I am unable to get hold of Chromopost? I have paid a lot of money and it is very embarrasing as the recipient has been waiting for the gift. You should be doing the claim, why must I do the claim and I cant even get hold of the company you used and I must now stress after pay almost R2000, this is shocking I want my money back.t
