I have been a tenant here since Sept, came here because of reedam house and I wanted to put my school through them, but he's at generation's now which is good, but as a tenant and was the first tenant to stay in this house, the house is damp the bathroom smells horrible because of some plumbing issues even the plumber shows no interest in fixing any plumbing issues as he says the developers give him a problem when he's payments are due, since Sept last year I have never used the main bathroom shower, the whole house is serviced by ensuite After several complaints the plumber came, and left everything a mess he has jot came to put it together till date, I have had this issue since last year, that's not the comfort was promised was told its a two bathroom, have not had hot water for a month, sent several emails and calls no assistance, it's winter and I am washing with cold water, have to boil water with a cattle is a night mare in the morning And when doing dishes, the walls are damp, imagine being expected to pay full rent with an unfunctioning unit, my advice from a personal level if the is a better place to stay, stay away from somerset lakes I stay in plovers nest, the developers of this unit dose not care about the tenants not even a single day have they me to check they asked me to check the gyser switch it off and on, it's not working and it's not my fault, they have a high roof any yet expects the tenant to change their own light bulbs, they have been dim or on and of for a month as well so they are not fused as I am jsure fused light bulbs switch off completely these have been flickering for a month, if they were fused they would have been completely of by now Was even planning to buy here but I would not recommend it, to anyone who seeks a place to rent take this as a valid warning don't be sold anything as you will regret once in.
Ordered products from then paid in full they said they delivered my products on the 5th of May till today i have not received my product, before the payment their response and service was prompt and now my money is with them and i still have not recieved my products and i chose a courier company that was given by them. They gave me a choice of two courier companies and they said the one i chose was the quickes as the price was also higher than the other i paid the fee they said they will use courier guy courier guy would cone and collect and the parcell would be with me in 3-5 working days to day is two weeks later and my parcel is not with me mr fata from plutos viii said that he sent my parcel to ITT, then ITT will send it to courier guy and that is not what was explained to me even so courier guy knows nothing about the parcel, they gave me a trxking number and the tracking number was not being recognised by courier guy, later Mr fata sent me another waybill with a different teacking number claiming that my parcel was sent of on the 11th now inhave spent more money trying to locate my parcel to no avail not even sure it was sent
I had the worst experience ever inquesntown branch my parcel has been with them since the 05 May 2020 and today is the 19 May 2020 and inhad yet not recieved my parcel, the parcel was sent through by plutos VII they gave me a numbet to call 082 320 5927 i called the number and that guy did not assist me started ignoring my text and gave me another number to call which was not being picked up their office line is neglected cant get through it at all till now im waiting for my parcel, to everyone if you need your thing immediately and want good service please stay away from these companies or you will be on your own
