I'm a customer and a paying one. I called their customer support to ask if they can update/add my employment details, so that it updates on credit bureau. Their rude agent updated my info, and when i kindly asked if that does trigger an update on the bureau she flipped saying that she has no idea, making rude sighs and saying eh eh eh eh. still kept my calm and asked if she could ask from her supervisor, this rude girl started shouting "do you want assistance with something else?" i simply asked why she was getting agitated, she then shouted "you wanted to change your employment status and i did, so thank you" hanged up the call. I cant wait to close this account month end, we cant be receiving such service from such untrained people. I did not ask the girl to explain the law of physics, i just needed her to confirm one simple thing.
We no longer get your American style French fries in shops… recently bought 2 of the 1.5kg straight cuts from checkers and one pack would just dirty and suck all the oil as fries would turn into mash.. mind you I’m using the same recipe and temperatures to fry the chips. That was disappointing
Overall they are a good hosting company. Been with them for a while now, however their support is just trash, be it Support tickets which take forever to be responded to or their site chat function it’s just the same. Used the chat bot with Simon online, greeted him and kindly asked for help and stated my issue. The fela just kept on reading my texts without even answering, after an hour I had to cancel. Losing business because I couldn’t sync my emails.
This is where I usually buy my food supplies, but today I was greatly dissapointed at the store. They have 5kg Spar mealie meal on promotion selling @ R35/bag. There was nothing on the shelf, so I enquire about arrival of stock but no one knew "which is fine" but one lady told me that I can pay and register, I'll be updated with pick-up date "some customers have done it". She enquires about the process from a supervisor who just refused to help me, which is okay. The most disturbing thing I heard about the Mealie meal is that; A single customer was allowed to buy 50 bags of the product on special, that to me is very disturbing, because our country is facing inflation, with food prices very high we are meant to serve a larger pool of customers not just one person. Please see to it that you restrict such ridiculous purchases on promotional items. People who buy such huge quantities Must go to Wholesale distribution centers Not general stores!
We opened a business account on Monday they called and spoke to us about the account sent emails, we sent all requested documents, today is the fourth day but that account hasn't been handed to us. NB: it's for a business that needs to transact everyday. Fnb has good products but the service is terrible.
