I am so utterly disgusted and disappointed in Absa vehicle Finance. I was applying for restructing as I was unemployed due to Covid medical reasons and they assisted me 6months later with a response after numerous complaints and after numerous different agents i was provided with a notification of change to pay R1615 every month until 2025 new contract terms. Just recently I was contacted by wj legal collections that I need to pay R10k or they will be sending filed agents to collect my vehicle. Without giving me a chance to explain or to get dispute from absa due to no communication or update of my notification of change which was apparently only months, I was threatened to pay that money or collection would take place how is that treating your customers fairly I had to use my entire salary to pay what was expected of me to pay with a deadline and still be told payment by close of business or field agent is being sent out. Utterly disappointed in nissan.. Shocking to think your company cannot be trusted!!!
