Huge thanks to Hendrick from Tyremart Hatfield. I received awesome customer service! He has gone over and above to help me with tyres and shocks for my bakkie. Best customer service I have had from any tyre shop over the years. Very satisfied with my experience and will definitely be taking my bakkie back to them in future.
I've had 2 claims with naked this year. My car was written off in an accident and I was paid out in under 2 weeks. Great communication from the team throughout the process, replies recieved within a few hours. Very convenient and user friendly app. Very pleased with the service, making a difficult situation that much easier to deal with. Thank you to the naked team, would definitely recommend to switch!
I have been trying to get a 3rd party claim processed for almost a month now. I have called and spoken to numerous operators about 6 times with the case/claim number that your client opened, reprocessed the claim several times and have been told to wait for a call back to take the next step in getting my car repaired. I have not to date not received a single call back from Virseker. This is appauling service. Please advise when I can expect to proceed with getting my vehicle repaired or do I need to continually call the company in my own capacity to try and get the ball rolling?
I have logged a moving request now over 2 weeks ago with mweb. I've spent countless hours on hold, back and forth emails confirming countless times to process the request. Still no contact or correspondence regarding this. We work from home and require Wi-Fi to operate, we have now sat 3 days without wifi and no contact from Mweb to get this resolved, yet they have debited my account with a monthly premium, yet are unable to provide me with internet service?? Get this sorted today or refund me my premium and cancel my account so I can find another service provider. Ridiculous to wait 2 weeks for a request to be processed.

I would like to report a bus for dangerous and reckless driving. Basically almost driven off the road by a gautrain bus. If I had not reacted to being cut off by the bus trying to force his way between cars to avoid traffic, he would have hit me and caused a major accident. Disgusted at the complete indifference of the bus driver while putting both passangers and motorists lives at risk with 0 regard for the consequences of trying to squeeze a Bus between cars on the road. Furious at this reckless driving I hope action is taken against this drive before he causes a major accident on the road
Cell C attempted 3 separate debit orders in May amounting to over R3500.00 for a phone contract of R489.13. We have tried for over 2 weeks, speaking to several consultants, branch managers and recently visiting the branch yet Cell C refuse to pay back the money they rightfully owe. The phone contract was taken out in February, in March they debit ordered R454, in April they debit ordered R489.13 (confused as to why there are discrepancies in debit orders) and all of a sudden in May they first Debit ordered first and amount just under R1000, 2 days later they took another R1100.00 and a few days later took another R1700.00!!! We have gone around in circles firstly trying to get the money back and find an explanation to this. Cell C claim that these amounts were agreed to in February when the contract was renewed, howcome these amounts were not taken for March and April but all of a sudden 2 months later they miraculously claim we owe them a ridiculous amount of momey for a R489.13 contract?? Cell C are firstly unable to provide us with proof in the form of a voice recording of the phone call where the conditions of the contract were discussed yet claim we owe them this money. Secondly, they refuse to pay the money back and cannot justify the discrepancies in amounts debited over the past 3 months. We have a voice recording of a cell C representative stating the contract only amounts to R489.13. This is unjust and thus far we have been sent running in circles trying to get the money back. Extremely disappointed at how inconsistent the contract has been presented and at the lack of urge or interest from Cell C's side to assist their client. No justifications or explanations seem to be presented and Cell C themselves are unable to clarify any of this, seems a bit suspect and outright atrocious to unrightfully debit money from somebodies account during a world wide health and finacial crisis. Thank you Cell C, the money you took was supposed to feed a family for the month. Great customer service

Cell C have attempted a triple debit order amounting to over R3000.00 for a contract that is R489.13. Cell C now claim, 2months after the contract was renewed and after 2 months of debiting R489.13 from the account that the contract fee has miraculously changed and they decided, that for the month of May, that they would first debit order the agreed upon amount, 2 days later they debit ordered R1100.00 and another 2 days later debit ordered R1700.00!!! Cell C claim (2months later) that this was agreed upon in February but have failed to provide us with voice recordings to confirm we agreed upon this ridiculous contract fee. We however have voice recordings of a Cell C representative that states the contract costs only R489.13 yet they refuse to pay the money back. I would hope that anybody planning on taking out a contract with Cell C think twice before they do. They have taken money that we are counting on to put food on our table during a worldwide crisis. Thanks Cell C, really appreciate how you have dealt with this matter. 2 weeks later and they still refuse to pay back money that is rightfully owed to their clients. Great customer service
