Car Avenue car dealership
They gave me a second hand for the price of brand new vehicle...applied personal loan instead of vehicle finance the bank deposited R145000 into their acc instead of R129000 now they refusing to give me my money the boss MR Lizzel offerd to pay the 1st four month installment untill I can be able to lower my installment I've been waiting for him he is not even replying to my message .please I need your help hellopeter

Hellopeter I have a complaint my name is Zintle.on the 6th of April 2020 I contacted Car dealership named Car Avenue in Parow.They told me to send my particulars for the process of finance I did on the 6th of May they told me that bank approved my application but to my surprise the bank was Capitec of which according to the investigation I did Capitec does not do vehicle finance on the 12th they told me everything was in order I must go and collect my car I went there ..when I got there the was no vehicle and they claimed that the bank needs to send contract first..I waited from the 12th untill the 15th of May when I received a call from Capitec agent telling me about the personal lona I applied for has been approved the call was made as a confirmation for go ahead after few cities from the R145000 reflected on my sms from Capitec yet the vehicle costed R129000 so on the 16 of May the delivered the vehicle to my workplace Renault kwid to my surprise the vehicle was a second hand and I am going to pay 4500 a month since it's a personal loan..I wasn't happy at all I informed the people from the garage that i cannot
