Thiefs at FirstHelp!! STAY AWAY
STAY AWAY!!!! THIEFS!! I was in an accident on the 16th of March. The FirstHelp tow-truck drivers approached me like vultures... saying that the person that crashed into me insurances' will cover my towing and storage fees. Indeed this was not the case and after they towed my car. I couldn't get hold of them for months trying to release my vehicle. Now they send me an invoice for 35k. Absolutely ridiculous! Incompetent and useless staff!!
