SDC Termination of Contract without informing me.
Good day. I was with sandton debt review for years. Everything was going well until they terminate the contrat without me knowing. Standard bank is calling me and the interest increase every month yet i am making payment. They say I am paying below creteria. When I ask they say SDC terminated the contract that is why the interest are going up an a summon is held against me. Like how. I am so dissappointed and stressed,

Bad horrible service with edgars. Never open an account there. NEVER!!!!
Edgars, so very much disappointed with their service. People never ever in your life open an account with edgars. I had a loan with standard bank, and they paid up all my debt. I required a settlement with edgars and the entire amount was paid on the 22nd of April 2020 . Up until today my account was never updated that I paid and they say I am in arreas of which Im failing to understand how. I emailed 4 different kinds of email addresses that I was given for the proof of payment, I have been sending this proof of payment and they only say they will come back to me after 48 hour and never do. People from April till now November they never bother to call, and their contact numbers are not all working. The ones that work they only say the matter has been escalated but I never got feedback. Oooh woow Im so disappointed with edgars never recommend people to open an account there.

Never recommend standard bank consolidation loan. They have poor very poor service.
I am writing again regarding standard bank’s service. I once wrote to here regarding my unpaid Edgar’s and fnb credit card by standard bank. It’s been two months going for 3 months now in June. This people debit the ful monthly installment yet they didn’t pay everything. This two outstanding credits are in areas now. All they say is we will work on it. From April now it’s June. Really, very poor poor service they give. I would not recommend any person to take a consolidation loan with standard bank. They are not fulfilling the clients needs. Never recommend it, I’m in areas because of standard bank.

Unpaid debts by standard bank consolidation loan ( Going against the agreement made)
Standard Bank Debt Care Center (Consolidation Loan). I am so not happy with the service I received from standard bank, they were suppose to pay all my debt and i pay one installment. But they paid few debts and left two debts unpaid from April till now in June. A lady called Lerato Kwapeng was the one working on my case. I was the one always calling to get feedback, My Edgars and FNB Credit card was never paid even now, im behind with two months unpaid. I had debt but i will make sure i pay them, now since Standard bank said they will take over, i have two debt not settled yet they take the full installment. Very poor service and giving my name a bad record. Their number is 0116361067 I am so disappointed and angry at the same time.
