After reading all the horror stories of MTN here on hello peter I don't even know if it is worth complaining here. How will it benefit me and all the other people complaining. I cancelled my contract with MTN July 2024. They were quick to respond on the cancellation fee amount I have to pay. I've paid it and up till today I still get billed for the cancelled contract. My query just gets sent to retentions and that is it. I am beyond fed up with this **** show of a company. They are very quick to assure you when you take out the contract that you can cancel any time, what they don't tell you is that you will still be invoiced for the contract. Don't dare not pay them, for something you don't get from them, you will be black listed. So what is the point of listing my experience here? Not as if MTN will do anything about their appalling client service.
I placed an online order nr 2000111817 on 6 th of May 2020. I did not get all the goods I paid for because Edgars was out of stock and I would get a refund as per the invoice received with the part order. Today is 28 August 2020 and I still did not get my refund for the goods not received. Customer care keeps on referring me to a refund I received for a previous order. I don’t know what to do anymore to get my refund.
Made payment in March before lockdown and didn’t get the goods.
