Happy Ending and Refund Pending
I had been waiting on a order since December 2019 for three books. I waited 113 working days and never received the order. Raru kept suggesting I order a different version of those books instead. I eventually cancelled my order with Raru, and placed the order with Takealot. Takealot imported the exact version of the books I wanted, and it only took 13 working days. It was a happy ending after all! Unfortunately I still need to wait for my Refund from Raru. And who knows when that will happen! They have me store credit and told me my refund will take time. I think that's a feeble attempt to get people to spend more money, honestly....

Incredible delivery time, it was a pleasure to purchase from MyownCup. I'm very impressed with the quality of all the goodies in my parcel. It worth my money. All round a very positive experience.

I don't know what's stopping me from cancelling my orders
For two out of four of my parcels, I've waited 112 and 47 working days so far, excluding lockdown of course. Still no parcel, nor even an expected delivery. I placed ordered on Oct 2019, and as of now we're closer to Oct 2020. I've posted reviews for those items, I wonder if they'll be taken down. I've complained to the lackluster customer support that "... I feel as if my money is being wasted on products, I'm not even sure when I'll see." When I email it's constant delays and hallow apologies. Emailing changes nothing, cause every email says that 'they're sorry that they don't have more information at this stage.' Raru used to be wonderful, importing goods most online retails wouldn't consider selling. In the past I had wonderful purchases with Raru, albeit long shippping but always worth the wait. Now regrettably, I wouldn't recommend having your money be held hostage in a black void.
