Poor service NDA

My Nedbank personal home loan is in arrears ever since I signed with NdaR26000 in arrears, apparently the was no agreement with Nedbank &NDA concerning my home loan it was confirmed by Nedbank,but NDA didn't bother to communicate with me regarding the incident that's why I'm in arears. I could loose a home for my kids/family,I regret signing with NDA now I have to arrange payment or else they will hand over my account to the attorneys. I've been logging calls trying to resolve the issue with NDA but I failed. Thanx for nothing NDA your service is poor.
