I have been requesting assistance for almost 3 weeks now where I have even emailed two people in the resolutions department and till this day have gotten proper help. I have also given an email and contact number to be contacted on in the emails I sent, it is highly frustrating and disappointing that this is the only way to get assistance from anyone.
I wonder if I could get someone to assist me, i transferred money onto my credit card by mistake when I was making a payment, I than called in and explained what happened to a consultant she transferred me to someone else in a different department I than re explained what had happened and asked her to transfer the money back in to my current account, she informed me that my credit card is blocked and that she can unblock the card and I can have access to the funds on the credit card the next day after going back and forth with her as she was adamant to unblock the card, she finally understood that I just wanted the funds transferred back to my current account and she agreed to do so she also informed that the money would be available the next day latest 30/05/2020. However when I logged on to my banking app I see what the funds are on my credit card not transferred back to my acc. It also shows that the available funds that is now on my credit card is less than what I transferred which is what I did not want to happen. I have called the call centre and spent 1 and a ½ hours on the phone with various consultants including a manager that was not able to assist me but rather just keeps explaining what they see on the system instead of understanding my frustration is with the consultant that did the complete opposite of what we had agreed upon… the manager I spoke to was simply not understand that the consultant did something we did not agree on and even after informing the manager to listen to the recordings of what I requested and what the consultant agreed to do she just kept explaining what she sees done on the system which obviously does not help me at all but just makes it even more frustrating. I did request a copy of the recordings and the manager said that she can not provide me with it which I do not understand why according to my knowledge if a clients request recordings it should be sent to them within 7 working days… I’m completely frustrated right now, I have waited for someone to get back to me. the manager I spoke to on Saturday that could not help said she will get back to me and its now been 3 days with no help or feedback
i have applied for the payment relief for my loan with standard bank on the 24th or April 2020. I have been waiting for a response to the email I sent As I haven’t got any feedback yet, and its been over a month now, I have tried to call in and spoke to several consultants however non of them were able to assist me. all they could do was advise me to resend the email and re apply which I have done twice again. I am a commission earner and it has been very difficult over these last few months which is why I am trying to make alternative arrangements with my loan which I have applied for and still gotten no response.. I have been trying to call in to find out if there is any feedback unfortunately non of the consultants were able to assist, they just advised to resend a email, like I mentioned before, and again got the response where they advise someone will be in contact within 7 to 10 working days its extremely frustrating waiting and not getting any feedback and again calling in and still not getting any help for any of the consultants
