I received my product (at an incredible price) in excellent time, especially considering the lockdown situation. However, on receipt, the product proved to be faulty. I consulted their website to obtain their Returns Policy, and noticed a contact for the product maintenance technical team, so decided to contact them first for assistance. After the technical advisor talked me through an exhaustive testing process, I was advised to return the product as it was definitely faulty. Getting a Deal advised that they would despatch a replacement immediately and uplift the falty item. This did not happen. The product was uplifted and once received back, I was advised the product was not, in fact faulty. Only on insistence from me, was the item replaced, although, with all due respect, without further quibble. On replacement, which was then very prompt, the new item worked perfectly first time
