I received my product (at an incredible price) in excellent time, especially considering the lockdown situation. However, on receipt, the product proved to be faulty. I consulted their website to obtain their Returns Policy, and noticed a contact for the product maintenance technical team, so decided to contact them first for assistance. After the technical advisor talked me through an exhaustive testing process, I was advised to return the product as it was definitely faulty. Getting a Deal advised that they would despatch a replacement immediately and uplift the falty item. This did not happen. The product was uplifted and once received back, I was advised the product was not, in fact faulty. Only on insistence from me, was the item replaced, although, with all due respect, without further quibble. On replacement, which was then very prompt, the new item worked perfectly first time

Excellent service, reasonable prices. Will always buy from you. It was my first time taking a chance buying online was skeptical but indeed got surprised by the response from Gettingadeal. Products they selling top notch. Big Thank especially from the manager who kept calling to know if my product got delivered or not as well as to know if I'm happy with my delivery. Whoever is reading this should in future planning to buy anything please visit www.gettingadeal.co.za I saved R2000. 00 from them when I wanted to buy a fridge.

These guys go out of their way time and again to make the customer happy, and all this is done in the most efficient manner possible. Whether it's getting a better price, responding to mails after hours, organising of delivery and even sourcing items that aren't in stock, the experience you will have is truly out of this world :)

Lovely staff who were so helpful and friendly. Everything from start to finish went smoothly and absolutely loving my Samsung Washing Machine which came in perfect packaging condition! Definitely recommend them. :)

Just want to shed some light on the situation I had with Getting A Deal. Purchased a fridge online with Getting A Deal after reading all the nice reviews on the web. The delivery was more than a week late (I do understand that some products comes from the supplier itself and I've given them ample time for delivery). I contacted them and Richard promised me that the final delivery date would be last week Thursday. Wednesday evening 18h00 the delivery came, luckily we had staff who worked overtime and could receive the fridge (also not on Getting a Deal, that is the logistics company who is at fault, they ran late with the delivery). I'm giving Getting a Deal 3/5 stars as I did receive the fridge a week late (could be supplier's fault, I don't know cause I wasn't informed) and had to pay additional delivery fees as I'm in an outlying area which I also understand. My problem with the whole situation is mainly that I had to do all of the calling, emailing and follow-up first, not sure that is my responsibility. I think the company can do better with that, keep your client updated with their product's status (mine was "processed" for two weeks). Saying that, well done to the team that helped me after I raised my concerns. You guys listened and responded well, for that I'll up my 3 stars to 4.
