I can honestly say that it was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had! Brenton Lee was not only super knowledgeable and efficient, but also showed a lot of empathy and understanding towards my concerns. He made me feel appreciated and valued as a customer, which really meant a lot to me. I was impressed by how quickly he addressed my concerns while still maintaining a friendly and professional tone. Good day On the 6th of November I sent through documentation to have my landline and adsl cancelled. I am using LTE now. It's day 31. I received no phone call or confirmation that the services have been cancelled. Please escalate. Regards Julian

I would like to express my token of gratitude towards Zainab and her team. Friendly, knowledgeable of the products, provide good advice. It has been my go to store in Town. Should they not have my size, they will call the other branches. Other shoe stores would tell me to phone varies branches. <br> Well done team. Keep up the good work. You have a customer for life.
