Victim of online shopping scam
I paid for a travel iron on the 27 May 2021 and I haven't received it since. I have sent numerous emails but there is no reply.

Poor service
I ordered a portable iron on the 27/05/2021. A week later I was sent an email advising that due to a product defect there will be a 2 week delay in delivery. It's now been well over a month and I still haven't received my goods,I have sent 2 emails and there are no replies to that.

Poor service
I order 2 *750 ml eco water bottles and 2 * rectangular divider lunch bowls going on to the 3rd month now and I haven't received my goods.I paid in cash .I work at a call centre in Umhlanga and the tupperware agent works with me.she goes to Durban Tupperware offices almost every Tuesday and I still haven't received my order because every week there is no stock.My agents name is Pamela L.Maybe her name can be used to track my order Absolutely poor services,Disappointed!

Foreign Parcel delivery
I ordered some goods from Netherlands on the 13/01/2020.My parcel reached SA on on 28/02/2020,on the 12/03/2020 the parcel was delivered from Durban central post office to Phoenix and I have not received my parcel yet. Absolutely pathetic service!!! Today is the 26/05/2020?
