Ive bought online purchase at PNP Asap on the 23rd February. An hour later I got a notification the order was cancelled due to non delivery - driver was not even at my house as I waited outside. On 1st March I got a notification from PNP that someone would contact me etc. A week later someone from customer service contacted me and I explained I want the refund and not the credit. All this was confirmed and request put through. Few days later I emailed again and said I still dont have refund I was then told I must select pay out on the app which I did yet still no refund. I was told it would take 10 days, then it would take 3 days and its been more than a month. I eventually tried to use the credit since they didnt want to refund me but the credit shows its not available but it hasnt been refunded to me either. I can see its sitting there but I am not able to access it. I am so fed up with PNP service as its is terribly bad. They take days to respond and when you call them it seems that they have no clue what you are referring to even though you quote reference numbers. I would like my refund of R458.88 to be refunded to me asap as their service SUCKS BIG TIME!!!
I regularly shop at Traders Warehouse. Until recently, end of September I bought goods at Claremont and Ottery branch. I went back after the 14 days to exchange the good and was told that I could not get a refund but they are happy to exchange the goods for something else. I was comfortable with that and shopped around but could not find anything to replace the goods. I asked the cashier at Ottery branch if I could get a "IoU" slip or voucher of some sort as I couldnt find anything at the time and she told me that as long as I have the slip and the tags are on they will exchange for something else. Twice thereafter I went back to the shop and couldnt find anything. Last week Saturday I was in Claremont and found a few things at Claremont branch. When I got to the till the cashier said they will not take it back as its too far along after I bought it. I told her what the cashier at Ottery told me but she refused. I then went back today, 19th November to the Ottery branch, found a few items, explained to the cashier and then the manager was called who then refused to exchange the goods. She then told me that nobody there would have told me that and it could have been the previous staff members who are no longer there. At the end of the day I did not suck this info out of my thumb, the items are still in the shop, tags are on and slip provided. Customer services has really gone down the drain because then the staff should have been trained and it has nothing to do with me that the previous staff members now gone advised me of such a process. I am livid at the waste of my time and the level of service received. If I knew this would be an issue I would have taken anything else to exchange the goods. Pathetic!
I last bought on my Edgars account 3-4 years ago. In the interim I have been charged interest and airtime which I have not asked for. Eventually when getting the sms's I went in to Claremont Customer Services, consultant had a look and confirmed I have been charged airtime. I explained I dont buy airtime on my account as I have a cellphone contract with Telkom and she indicated that she would notify their head office. Few months down the line same thing happens I go into KC Edgars, explain my story all over and consultant says she will get them to contact me. Nothing happens. Then this amount is now just running up and eventually I go to CW Edgars and the manager sends an email to Direct Axis who has now taken over Edgars to contact me, a month later no response, I send another email, no response. Then I am called by ITC to indicate that I have been handed over...I emailed Edgars and direct axis again no response. So until now I have received NOTHING no response from Edgars to resolve the matter but I received an sms two weeks ago to advise that I have been handed over to the debt collecting attorneys. THIS IS ABSOLUTE FRAUD!!!! For months even years Edgars is charging me interest and airtime which I have not signed for. I cannot even get a statement to prove this as nobody contact me. No wonder their branches are closing because their service is absolutely pathetic and sucks big time. Now I am being advised by consultants to just pay it. Why should I??? I havent bought anything. At one time one of the consultants from debt collectors advised me to just pay it....how clever can you be!!! So I am now going to be blacklisted for fraud on my account coming from an Edgars stupid system or internal staff creating this **** on my account. I am so fed up with this!!!!!!!!
I am disappointed and disgusted with the service I have received and still ongoing from having an Edgars account. The last time I purchased on the account was a purchase at Jet and balance to settle was R140.00 which was settled. A few months later I received sms’s saying I owe some amount, went into Claremont customer services, the consultant who assisted me contacted the head office, they investigated and could see that this was interest charged and also airtime (of which I never requested or asked for) I have never bought airtime on my account!!! A while afterwards I received calls again from debt collectors and went into the Edgars branch in Kenilworth where I also explained to the consultant, left my details and was told they would resolve it with head office and they would get in contact with me. I explained the above to one of your consultants who confirmed the balance of R140 was paid and thereafter she cant see any purchases but yet everyone seems to ignore the facts! NOW I am receiving calls from ITC as this amount has accumulated to over R200, now R400 for charges incurred monthly for items I never signed up for. Please go back to your records and check when the last balance was paid. I would like to see proof of my authorization and signature for purchasing airtime and interest incurred? How was this interest incurred because I kept the account open, does not make any sense!!! So based on the above this tells me that if a person opens an account then does not use for a period of 2 years then for the period of two years because the account is open you charge interest…..or are you saying that I should close the account when I don’t use it and then open it again when I want to buy, MAKES NO SENSE!!! I don’t have the time to go into the shop everytime as your staff give the customer the feedback there and then and then once you leave the shop nothing happens.. This is pathetic service and I should not be blacklisted for such utter nonsense as this. If I purchased anything, then I will be liable to pay but trying to gain payment from me for interest charged and airtime which I have in fact never received is unacceptable!!!! I would like an investigation done into this account and would like proof of how this amount was accumulated!! I have sent emails and nobody responds. I am utterly disgusted and would like someone to attend to this matter!!!! Before having random people contacting me that I have been handed over for such nonsense! I trust this will receive your immediate attention!
