Service beyond the call of duty

First class service received , from the day we checked in , assistance with luggage to the hotel room , dinning , complimentary cheese and wine platter , guided 8.5km hike, breakfast , boat cruise , live band entertainment and most of all very courteous staff . My wife and I had the most memorable experience which will last a life time.
