SUPREMATRON IS A SCAM | PAID FOR PRODUCT, NO DELIVERY

BE AWARE, BE AWARE, BE AWARE - SUPREMATRON IS A SCAM. Like all the previous reviews, I too have been SCAMMED! I ordered my product on 11 May 2020, paid in full, but I am still waiting for delivery of my order. Before placing my order, I enquired whether my product could be delivered in the lockdown. Suprematron confirmed delivery as 3 - 5 days. I placed my order, and paid for my product in full (circa R4,000), on 11 May 2020. I have attempted to contact Suprematron but they have only one mobile number and an email address. Calls remain unanswered and you cannot leave a voicemail as their mailbox is full. WhatsApp messages remain undelivered, as too SMS texts. Emails are not answered. I have even tried calling them on WhatsApp, unsuccessfully. I've checked their physical address on Google maps, it looks dodgy. MY ADVICE, DO NOT ORDER FROM SUPREMATRON BUT RATHER STICK TO THE RELIABLE AND KNOWN E-COMMERCE PLATFORMS.
