SUPREMATRON is a scam company
I bought a Smeg kettle on the 4th May 2020, I paid R2000 into their bank account. I have not received my order and last week when I sent them an email it came back saying “”mailbox is full can’t receive emails”” . What is more frustrating is that they don’t even take calls anymore.

SUPREMATRON is a scam company

dont buy from Suprematron
i bought a printer from them and i am still waiting for it. i contacted them and no answer. my daughter went to the location in randfontein as per their website and there was no shop with that name. so beware they are scammers

dont buy from Suprematron

SUPREMATRON IS A SCAM | PAID FOR PRODUCT, NO DELIVERY
BE AWARE, BE AWARE, BE AWARE - SUPREMATRON IS A SCAM. Like all the previous reviews, I too have been SCAMMED! I ordered my product on 11 May 2020, paid in full, but I am still waiting for delivery of my order. Before placing my order, I enquired whether my product could be delivered in the lockdown. Suprematron confirmed delivery as 3 - 5 days. I placed my order, and paid for my product in full (circa R4,000), on 11 May 2020. I have attempted to contact Suprematron but they have only one mobile number and an email address. Calls remain unanswered and you cannot leave a voicemail as their mailbox is full. WhatsApp messages remain undelivered, as too SMS texts. Emails are not answered. I have even tried calling them on WhatsApp, unsuccessfully. I've checked their physical address on Google maps, it looks dodgy. MY ADVICE, DO NOT ORDER FROM SUPREMATRON BUT RATHER STICK TO THE RELIABLE AND KNOWN E-COMMERCE PLATFORMS.

BE AWARE- Money paid with no delivery of product
BE AWARE!! Suprematron.com has taken my Money and have not delivered the product. And since I have asked for a refund they have not communicated back to me. You cannot call them and can only send messages via email or WhatsApp. The site looks professional and at first they communicate back, even supplying payment confirmation and telling you the product will be delivered by Wednesday. When delivery does not arrive they promise to deliver by next Wednesday. Always Wednesday. When you ask to be refunded! All communication from them stops. I will be contacting the police and encourage all to contact police to at least apprehend them or stop others from falling into the same trap.

Beware - potential fraudulent company
LOOKS LIKE A FRAUD/SCAM. Ordered from them 10 days ago - apart from an quick invoice generated have heard nothing and cannot get hold of them. Anyone had anything delivered from this company?

Suprematron.com is a fake comp,they have stolen my money,I never received my goods,whatsapp and email no reply.To scamm people out of their money in this lockup time is not funny.Please people stay away from them.I have lost money but will take this matter for legal advise will not leave it there.
