20 minutes for them to answer the phone, related to a problem which was resolved a week ago. I got informed that the problem is with Vumatel. Find a better service provider! You are not reducing my monthly contribution nor providing me with a solution. This goes on for days! Im honestly considering looking for an alternative ISP.
No Internet yet again. My ISP has informed me that the problem is with Vumatel. Pathetic connectivity. Exorbitantly expensive. Vumatel is nerve-rackingly unreliable. Avoid at all costs.
Completely unethical. They will make a low income staff member pay for an error instead of claiming from insurance. Unwilling to take responsibility as a company. Absolutely appalling. Should be reviewed by Cosatu or any other ethics committee.
