Please do not pay this company upfront. We have paid the full amount upfront and never had our blinds supplied or installed 10 months since the proof of payment. Service is utterly poor.
I would like to express my concerns and the sub standard service experienced by MTN insurance. My phone got damaged and is insured with MTN. The damaged phone was reported to MTN and all the necessary documentation was emailed as requested. Currently a month has passed and minimal feedback has been provided as to whether the damaged phone will be repaired or replaced. The constant excuse was that it is being reviewed by the underwriters which has exceeded 20 days. In this day and age a cell phone plays a vital role in terms of communication to a person's loved ones as well as conducting work on a daily basis in order to take care of a persons loved ones. That been said I was stranded without a cell phone for an entire month and counting. The service and feedback experienced by MTN insurance is not acceptable.
