Unfortunately my Insurers utilised the services of New World for replacement TV. After paying the excess and sending the proof, on the SAME day it was requested!, we waited over a week for delivery. After numerous unsuccessful phone calls and multiple email addresses, I eventually received a call just to hear that the payment has not been processed!! and hence the TV set no dispatched. Very poor service and poor handling of calls. It has been a week and a half now since payment. They said it will be delivered 2 days after proof of payment sent. I see that I'm not the only one who complains ... I hope Insurers will STOP using them. It adds to the frustration of loss and in the end the are only a bunch of unhappy peope!!
My experience has been good until now. There is no way to contact Best Education!?! I can not print the work sheets, some pdf error. I have tried with various computers and same response. File is damaged or not supported! Contact Me page sends you to the Best Education Telegram platform, but it is Admin run and one can to post, only receive messages. The email address thebest@besteducation.co.za as given on the website bounces back! The only alternative is to post here and hope that someone from Best Education will see this and respond with a solution? Please assist in printing the grade 5 worksheets that I have subscribed to?!
