African bank consultanats seem to be lying after iv been requesting for a payment arrangment that was made by their employee without my permission.she made amounts that are carzy and i will not afford.please assist
Good day I was trying to make a monthly arrangment on my african bank accounts like i would normally do. i was then tlod that i cannot amke an arrangment as there is an arrangement in place. 1 i did not agree to any arrangement 2 those amounts are basicaly my hole salary and more. please help resolve this beofre my salary date. regards 078 743 2619
IV been requesting a settlement letter on my personal loan from Monday morning, I still haven't received the letter. Instead consultants are taking from pillar to post on the phone.
I WAS AWARDED A BUSARY ON THE 27TH March 2023 until date the busary has not yet paid my fees
on the 19th of April i requested a refund from debtbusters as they did not service their purpose up umtil date there has been no refund and cancellation from them instead they are taking me from pillar to post
This company is very bad with communication i requested them to assist with paying off my debts and they said they have informed my accounts that they should stop debting. that never happened instead my accounts debited and debit buster debted. and now im being so many stories when i request my refund from debusters as the accounts are refusing to refund me. 078 743 2619 please assist
Good day I need help with old mutual please. I took 2 savings account of an amount of R500 each, both accounts started deducting on my persal in march. I then contacted old mutual requesting that one account be canceled and that i would like to be left with 1 savings account. Please take note both accounts continued debting from my accounts till date. * i requested a refund on the account i asked for it to be closed several times and only received R500 while it has been debiting from march till may * i was told that the second payment can be payed back after 30 days * as for the third 500 it can only be paid back once i am able to provide old mutual with my payslip as proof that they have been deducting which i cannot provide my payslip as i haven't been going to work due to lock down. Come the second account I went to the branch on the 26may 2020 requesting to withdraw my money and cancel that account aswell from the current account im left with which it supposed to have accumulated R1500 (r500 for 3 months march till may) im told I will receive R700 and something within 15 working days. And today R326 is deposited into my account from old mutual. Help please
