CMH Opel East Rand I am extremely disappointed with the level of service and management at CMH Opel East Rand. What should have been a routine brake pad and disc replacement turned into a four-day ordeal characterized by poor planning and a total lack of communication. I booked my vehicle seven days in advance, yet when I arrived, the parts had not been reserved and were sold to a walk-in customer the previous Saturday. This resulted in my car being stuck at the dealership for four days. Throughout this entire period, the dealership never once called me with a proactive update; I had to initiate every single follow-up myself. To make matters worse, a courtesy vehicle was only offered at 15:00 on the third day far too late to be of any practical use. Despite escalating this to the Dealer Principal, Vishal Harkoo, I received a generic corporate response that failed to address the specific internal failures or the communication breakdown. If you value your time and expect professional communication, I suggest looking elsewhere for your vehicle service.
