I purchased a sneaker as a birthday gift of R999.00 from Bhamjee Fashions in December 2024. I ordered a size 5 and they send a smaller size of 4.5. Upon receiving the sneaker and realizing that its the wrong size I immediately contact them via email informing them of the incorrect size.They than expected me to pay for the return of the item after they admitted that it was their fault and I refused to pay.Muhammed then said they will ask the couriers to collect the sneaker which they did and now after numerous emails ,calls and whatsapp messages they ghosting me....nit answering or replying.....they just stole my money and refuse to refund .....these guys seems to a **** who *****s peoples money and give **** reviews on internet... People should stay far away from this bad online shop........ They better send my refund or I will go the legal route......
I ORDERED 2 ITEMS , THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER FOR NO REASON WITHOUT CONSULTING ME, NEVER GOT A REFUND OR MY ITEMS STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE FROM THEM , THEY JUST HAVE THE WORST SERVICE EVER , SO UNACCEPTABLE.
I have placed an order on Wednesday 03/06/2020, on 04/06/2020 I received an email stating that you are waiting for my payment and I emailed the proof of payment. On 05/06/2020 I received another email informing me that they have cancelled my order due to no payment. I am highly upset with this kind of service. I feel that they could've contacted me to confirm my order, payment or cancellation in this regard. I find this unacceptable because I usually pay COD but the option was not available when placing the order hence I did a cash payment into the account details provided on their website. I phoned the customer service department to query and I was told that the payment did not go through to pay fast ,they will send the proof of payment an they will refund me in order to place the order again instead of just send me the order now that they received the proof of payment. funny enough the proof of payment they saw immediately when I phoned but they couldn't pick it up....how in the world do u explained this. I feel inconvenienced cause I need to reorder and wait even longer now for my order.
