Wish I had seen the reviews before we used Collen. Genuinely the most unprofessional and rude service I've ever experienced. Completely overcharges and under delivers. Offers a warrantee and when the supposed fix breaks again, ignores all messages and calls leaving us to have to pay again. Hope this helps people to prevent a similar experience.
A huge thanks to Suhail and NexGen Mobile for the most unbelievable service. From the initial contact over WhatsApp with swift and helpful response, to the unbeatable prices anywhere in South Africa, to the order which was simple and efficient. I received an invoice with the Serial Number and tracking within minutes, was told exactly when the order was coming and then Suhail was still available for questions about the product after I received it. Just a genuine unbelievable service experience!! THANK YOU!
Wow. To say terrible service would be an understatement. Dawn Wing keep putting the wrong address into the system, and then every time I call they say that it's correct on their side, it's just a system error. Guess where the driver goes? Exactly, to the wrong address. Every. Time. I can't update it on the link. The call centre either drops or no-one answers. They don't call when you request a call back online. Honestly pointless. I have been waiting for my New Balance order - who are equally useless, for a month now. Shame.
In March last year, while looking for transport to the Ed Sheeran concert, I saw a PPS car driving by and took a photo of the advertising in order to contact them for a quote. The driver saw my flash and started waving his hands and getting angry at me. He proceeded to follow me while taking photos of me, until I started trying to lose him. I contacted a security company to follow me home as he managed to find me later on. Eventually I managed to lose him for good. I called PPS and the Fleet Manager promised to follow up and track the route the driver took to prove it. I kept calling for weeks only to be told they are following up or getting back to me. I am still traumatised from the experience hence the delayed review. I still can not understand the actions of the disgraceful driver or the appalling service and poor attempt and an apology from the company.
I wish I could give less than 1 star! Myself and 2 friends all ordered similar items within a day of each other in terms of a promotion that New Balance were running. One order still hasn't arrived almost a month later. The other orders took over 3 weeks to arrive. Of those that arrived, the orders were incomplete! The expected dates of arrivals on orders are constantly being extended. No one has replied to any emails! The Twitter account gives generic responses and then doesn't reply further. Despite their pathetic excuse for an apology email to all customers that barely made sense and was riddled with spelling mistakes and the poorest of grammar, nothing is being done to settle countless customers who have lost money with no response. I genuinely have never experienced such poor customer service. I am so glad that Liverpool FC are no longer being supplied by NB, because I would be embarrassed to wear that logo!
