Quick, easy claim process, from recording in the app to the assessment centre and then having the repairer make contact. Made a stressful time much easier to handle. Thank you to all who assisted us 🙂

After 3 month of waiting to get my book, reporting them to the ombudsman and getting nowhere, I received an email saying my book would take up to another 8 weeks to arrive, if I wanted a refund they would do it. They reversed the charge on my credit card and I got my money back. For all who are in the same position email them on sales@bookabook.co.za and demand your money back. For people looking at using their services, please dont, it's a frustration you can save yourself from having. What an awful experience.
I placed an order on the 21/04/2022, I have called, e-mailed and had no response, I reported the company to the ombudsmen who also never received a response from the company so the case was closed. This company is a scam, they take your money and don't deliver your books, PLESE DO NOT USE THEM. The director's name is Matimba Errol Chauke and the company address is: 136 2nd Street, MIdrand, 1686. The company registration is: 2016/485837/07. Please be very careful of this company, the reviews that are good are all processed on the same day and within minutes of one another, I believe all the good review are this company continuing their scam to try and cover up the honest reviews by people who they have defrauded. PLEASE DO NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE ANY MONEY, YOU WONT GET YOUR BOOKS.
I placed an order on the 21/04/2022 and have still not received my order. I have e-mailed three times and called twice to be told that its in order and to be laughed at when I complain. What terrible service, please save yourself the trouble and don't use this business.

Terrible after sales service, don't buy from this dealership, vehicle had issues and to get the registration documents and plates was a nightmare, temporary license expired and they don't see the urgency in getting this matter sorted, they blame each other for inefficient service,
Had the most incredible booster shot experience today after a disappointing experience at Discovery. Dischem Sandton to the rescue. Thank you to the lovely ladies there. You were incredible.
Complaint regarding booster vaccination site at Sandton. There are no procedures or staff managing the site properly. Over booking and walk ins are accepted and there are only 5 people administering shots. A process that shouldn't take longer than half an hour is taking over an hour due to poor planning and cost saving measure from Discovery. An institution that is meant to be one of the best in the country has performed poorly in managing a site for boosters. I had an appointment for 10 today, by 10:50 I still had not been given my shot, when I complained about the slow process I was offered to be pushed in. That shows how poorly managed your site is. I went to Dischem Sandton, it took the nurse 2 minutes to administer my shot and the whole process took 20 minutes. As a member I am disappointed in Discoveries lack of compassion in getting people vaccinated quickly at you mini booster site. Rather tell your members to go somewhere else where we can be served quickly and much more efficiently. Seeing the lady who sanitizes the observation chairs having to call people to the nurses to get there shots proves how poorly Discovery has planned. The whole process was shocking. Complaining will probably get me nowhere but rather stop wasting peoples time and close your site if your going to offer such poor service.
