No customer service - Non existent
Terrible service. No answer of calls. No replies to facebook mentions. I do not recommend buying Taroma. The software app is not professional at all. I have been trying to get in touch with both the KZN and Centurion branches for several months now regarding an ongoing issue with the robot vacuum software app. Unfortunately, despite numerous attempts to reach out via the contact numbers listed on their website and Facebook—KZN: 081 547 2674 / 079 887 2179 and Centurion: 067 400 4478—I have not received any response. My concerns pertain to several issues within the app, including persistent mapping errors, spelling mistakes, and other usability challenges. I have noticed that the app is no longer available on the Play Store, and when it was accessible, there had not been any updates for over a year to address these problems.

Extremely disappointed with this paint
I recently purchased Fired Earth's Walls & Ceilings White paint based on a recommendation from one of the store employees. Unfortunately, my experience with this product has been nothing short of disappointing. Despite the claims, the paint required multiple coats on the wall to achieve an acceptable level of coverage. This not only wasted my time but also significantly increased the amount of paint I needed to use. Moreover, the paint is advertised as washable, but in my experience, this claim doesn't hold up. This is a significant issue for anyone who expects their paint to be durable and long-lasting. When I returned the paint to the store and explained my concerns, they conducted a lab test and informed me that there were no issues with the paint. I was not satisfied with their response, as my experience clearly indicated otherwise. Unfortunately, I was not issued a refund for this subpar product. It's particularly frustrating that this paint was recommended to me by a store employee, as I expected a better experience based on their advice. In conclusion, I would not recommend Fired Earth's Walls & Ceilings White paint to anyone seeking a high-quality, durable, and washable paint for their home. The poor coverage and false claims about its washability make it a poor investment, and the company's lack of willingness to address customer concerns only adds to my dissatisfaction.
