I placed an order on 20 May for cutlery. At the time there was no indication that the items were out of stock or that there would be a long delay. In fact I ordered a wok four dayS after which was delivered within two days! It is now 10 June. I have sent hundreds of emails querying why where when, not an iota of communication back. You can’t reach them On the call centre number either as they have cut the line. If you can’t produce GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK NOW! I’m frustrated at your lack of service and your blanket Covid 19 excuse for no phone lines and no service? How are other online retailers getting the job done? Instead of ****ing the phone lines and not responding to emails cut the website sales where you know you are unable to produce? No, instead you are happy to take the money and stay silent because that suits you better. It suits you better because then the client suffers while you earn the interest of the money... bad bad service and non existent customer care. I will certainly be giving you a skip next time I’m scouring the Internet for items to purchase.
