Innovation group your customer service sucks.After claiming you are on your own, no one will be doing any follow ups you have to chase them all over and when you finally get hold of them, they made you wait on the phone for half an hour and if you are lucky they come back to or just hang up in your ears. I wonder if they really care about their customers. Their aim is just to frustrate. After someone claim was so hard to inform the person about the process and how far are you with it. You are really something else I must say
This people are crooks, I have been waiting for my refunds now their number is not working. This lady Evelyn I hope she is happy with herself. I need my refund cause I didn't ask you people to close your Gym in Kempton part Now I have to suffer for me to receive my refund
They are the worse wish there was something else besides them. After making a payment they decided to switch off our decoder now they are taking us from pillar to post telling us it doesn't reflect on their payment. I dont know what they want,so I must pay again to enrich you guys .you are really horrible
This people always charge us R50.00 extra and we pay on time, day light robbery I hope they are happy with what they are doing sucking our money like that, so wish there was an alternative .How long are you going to charge us
Edgar's hire people who dont know what they are really doing, I've cancelled things bought online but still they billed me cancelled stuff without even delivering already statement is out saying I owe. The incompetence in you really is on another level. People dont even try it you dont want to be frustrated
