My experience was quite bad. Initially placed an order on their website only to be informed two days later that the item was out of stock. Fine, it happens. I think what was more frustrating was that I could not track my order. When i placed the order I inputed my delivery address as my home address, only to find that they had sent my package to my nearest mall. No communication whatsoever, even after sending emails to address. There's also no phone number that you can contact, only an email address. Thoroughly dissatisfied, and will not be ordering here again
December rental: I am unhappy with how I have been treated by the accounts department. I signed a debit order mandate that the rent go off from as early as 15 December provided that there are enough funds in my account. My problem is the debit order went off when I did not have sufficient funds in my account and they were unwilling to help me. Just be aware of the December rental clause because you pay twice in December (for December and January)
Ordered a headboard with these guys 30 May 2020. On the confirmation of order I received, I was promised a delivery of between 3-7 working days. It has now been two weeks and I have not received any correspondence from them except for initial email. Their tracking system also does not work, and their customer service is appalling. Had I known that this would have been the case I would have rather spent my money elsewhere.
