Not of the best medical aids as advised by many! They pay peanuts towards consultations and hospitalisation which makes your bill higher to pay additional fees. The bestmed employees are so *********** and unprofessional they've litterly suspended my membership while payment has been made and activated that same day. In the same day of activation they've suspended it While Proof of payment has been shared. Communication to myself for adding a newborn has been misleading! Email correspondence takes days recently. Not of the very best! So disappointed for making use of them.
Good day , So I ordered online a WiFi package at telkom , the lady phoned the next day to go through the terms and conditions agreement , and said they will let me know if I qualify 2days later got a order number and approval with account details - I then emailed to the email address which was provided in the sms ( please note these people reply all over 2 or 3 working days to my emails ) . I phoned the following branches to find out when they will do installation ;I phoned stellenbosch branch , somerset branch , no one responds - I received an email stating they will come the Friday - Friday we waited no one came - on that Friday I phoned stellenbosch branch again ! After several calls 4:53 a lady answered I told her I’ve been phoning whole day why ain’t they answering , I do not have a lot of airtime now could she please phone back - she said they cannot because they can only receive inbound calls , okay , then I asked her to check or to find out when they will install by us ( please note I needed urgent WiFi as my husband has conference calls everyday and works from home ) so ever since the ordering waiting period we are buying everyday data ( because we wait and wait for installation ) . The lady at stellenbosch branch has put me onto hold 4;58 my airtime went down - Monday morning at work I phoned again sending an angry email to them , 3 days later they replied that there was never a delivering date scheduled and they will schedule for this Thursday , Thursday came ! The guy was there an said he couldn’t install due to cables are stolen near us and we do not have an telephone line # my reaction to this is ; shouldn’t they ask people this question ? Before agreement or shouldn’t this be on the ordering info - anyway my husband said the guy went again and said other people needs to come out to correct the cables , today is Friday : spended 150 on data and monthly payment for this WiFi is 200r - still no communication - no answering - no feedback !!! And I bet when paydate comes the debit order will go off - but haven’t received any WiFi Could someone assist on how to cancel this - this is pathetically bad service of telkom !!!
