Bad service

Been dealing with this company for a long time - it's a never ending headache of them not receiving my script when it has been faxed by the doctor and continually telling me I haven't paid when I have. Seems a case of one hand not knowing what the other hand is doing. They are rude and abrupt on the phone and also at the collections in Northcliffe. Unfortunately I'm not able to get my meds anywhere else - if I could I certainly would.
